Longitudinal Splicing
Mulhern Belting can longitudinally splice belts to over 120" wide.

Covered Timing Belts and V-Belts
Covered timing belts and v-belts are our specialty. Linatex, neoprene and gum rubber are just a few of the compounds we can work with. The picture below is a pure gum rough top cover on a twin v-belt.

APC Belts
Mulhern Belting manufacturers this popular type of belt. It is sold in 250' lengths. The modified V-guide is permanently bonded to the bottom cover. Specify .187 or .22 OAG when ordering.

Capped Edges
Many thermoplastic belts can have their edges capped. This reduces the exposure of belt plies. It also protects the edges from delamination. This fabrication is typically used in the food industry.

Reinforced Edges
Mulhern Belting can reinforce the edges of Teflon fiberglass and polyester screen belts.

Pulley Lagging
Conveyor Belt Pulleys can be completely lagged in our plants. Many types of materials are available.
