5-3442 is a cross-rigid belt construction designed specifically for sidewall belt fabrication. It features three traditional plies plus two monofilament plies for additional rigidity, providing exceptional lateral stability for vertical and steep-incline conveying.

The 330 3/16″ × 1/16″ CR-MOR configuration is not intended for troughing applications but performs extremely well as a base belt for sidewall systems. Its rigidity helps prevent cupping, improves cleat stability, and supports consistent sidewall adhesion.
