1-7004 features a cotton polyester blend for a multitude of bakery applications that previously used cotton. The fabric, combined with a urethane skim, yields low stretch and strong, smooth splices that can navigate nose bar pulleys. It simulates cotton belts in that it will release wet dough. U2W Poli-Dual 6S/FU/BU is used in most bakery applications requiring bare surface belts; rotary molding applications, pretzel proofing, wet dough conveying, cutting aprons and divider-rounder belts.
