Features:

5-2733 is engineered for demanding high-temperature environments, offering a broad service temperature range with heat resistance up to 350°F for fines and 400°F for larger, intermittent lumps. Within its recommended operating limits, the compound formulation resists hardening, glazing, and surface cracking, ensuring consistent performance and extended belt life under thermal stress.

The belt incorporates a durable synthetic carcass designed for high abrasion resistance and long wear in harsh conditions. Its compound is also highly ozone-resistant, making it suitable for applications exposed to elevated temperatures and airborne oxidizers.

The 220 3/16″ x 1/16″ HT construction is ideal for foundries, metalworking plants, high-heat conveying zones, and applications where both thermal exposure and abrasion are present. It is widely used to convey hot castings, forgings, sand, fines, and other heat-laden materials.
