Features:

5-8642 incorporates a 3/16″ high by 1-3/4″ wide bucket-style profile arranged in a staggered pattern to maximize product engagement. Cleats are spaced on 2″ centers across the belt and 1″ centers along the length, ensuring uniform material capture and controlled movement on incline systems. The overall belt gauge (OAG) includes the molded profile.

This 2-ply 150 Mini-Bite construction (1/32″ x Bare) is particularly well-suited for gravel, dirt, sand, fines, and lightweight bulk aggregates. Its aggressive pattern provides strong forward traction without excessive carryback, making it dependable in recycling plants, material recovery facilities, and mobile equipment where durability and consistent feed are required.
