3-1407 is designed for applications requiring maximum friction on steep inclines. The tan rough-top cover provides one of the highest coefficients of friction available while delivering a cushioned, non-marking surface ideal for protecting finished or delicate products.

The upgraded 4-ply carcass increases load-carrying capacity, tracking stability, and overall durability compared to lighter constructions. This makes 3-1407 a strong choice for demanding incline conveyors where heavier product loads, added rigidity, or extended belt life are required.

This construction is commonly used in facilities where product appearance is critical—such as packaging, parcel handling, and distribution environments—where black rubber belts may cause scuffing or marking.
